What is career coaching?
Career coaching helps you clarify professional goals, discover strengths, navigate career changes, improve decision-making, and find more fulfilling work. It empowers you to make confident choices that align with your values and long-term vision. It can also include guidance on building professional skills, improving communication, and preparing for challenges in the workplace.

How is coaching different from therapy or counseling?
About my ProgrammeTherapy and counseling focus on healing past experiences and treating mental health issues. Coaches, on the other hand, are future-focused and action-oriented. Coaching helps you clarify goals, overcome obstacles, and take practical steps toward meaningful change without diagnosing or treating mental health conditions. While therapy helps you understand and process your past, coaching equips you with strategies to create the future you want.
Can coaching help with mindset and confidence?
Absolutely. Coaching techniques are designed to identify limiting beliefs, build self-awareness, and strengthen confidence. It empowers you to take action with clarity and certainty. Over time, this results in more consistent decision-making, resilience, and a stronger sense of self.
Can coaching help me make big life decisions?
Yes. Coaching provides a safe space to explore options, weigh decisions, and gain clarity. Your coach guides you to see possibilities, think strategically, and make choices aligned with your values. It also helps you anticipate potential challenges and develop action plans to navigate them successfully.
Does a Coach tell me what to do?
No. A coach does not give direct advice. Instead, coaching helps you uncover your own solutions through reflective questioning, structured exercises, and guidance. This builds self-confidence and independence. The goal is to empower you to make choices that feel authentic and sustainable, rather than relying on someone else’s answers.

Depending on your needs we will tailore the programme length to either 4, 7, or 15 sessions, depending on how much guidance and support you need. Each programme is structured to help you gain clarity, overcome obstacles, and take meaningful action in both your personal life and career.
In addition, I also offer standalone sessions for specific needs, such as CV coaching or interview coaching, for clients who want focused, practical support without committing to a full programme. This flexibility ensures that you get the right level of coaching for your unique goals and circumstances.
