Step by Step
Step 1 - Sign the Contract
You’ll receive a coaching contract via email and in your Client Portal. Please take a moment to review and sign it. This formalises your coaching partnership and ensures full alignment on the terms and goals of your journey ahead.
Step 2 - Paying your programme fee
Payment in Full
You can pay the full programme fee by online card payment or bank transfer. Payment instructions are included in the invoice, which will be sent to you by email and is also available in your Client Portal.
Payment in Instalments (Provided by Klarna)
If you’ve chosen to pay in instalments, please wait for a separate email with specific instructions on how to proceed.
Step 3 - Complete the Pre-Coaching Questionnaire
This short questionnaire is designed to help get a clearer picture of your goals and what matters most to you. It won’t define the entire journey, but it will help Ciaran start with focus and clarity, centred on what success looks like for you.
Step 4 - Book your First Session
Please book your First Coaching Session through your client portal. Select a time that perfectly fits into your schedule. I am excited to start this journey with you, tailored to your unique goals and aspirations. If you cannot find a suitable time, please contact our support Team here.
